Jan 29 2021 Added an extra 5 minutes to my meditation each morning. I'm up to 20 min. I can remember when 2 minutes was nearly more than I could handle!

Normally, if I told George I needed to go somewhere, he'd complain. But, now that he's retired, he's more agreeable about it. It's good knowing that I can give him a head's up, and he's willing to do things and take me places....

Something to share with you all that I bet you all did not know about kool aid it has been out since 1927 and it is 95 years old. I drank a lot of it when I was a kid my mom even made popcicles with it for me and my sisters.
