We do some things that steal our happiness and one of such is holding unto the way things are done in the past. Since live is always evolving, it is impossible to control how things used to work. It is therefore more important to...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata Letting go of the past is something that might take awhile but it's something that is necessary. Dwelling in the past brings up old pains, which is of no benefit. Live in the present and do what's right right now so that you avoid the issues from the past.

Do you think of your life as such or do you look forward?
I know it is better to have hope, but many people do nothing but regret their losses.
Life is a balancing act.
While we should be mindful of what was, we cannot let it rule...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata When something bad happens in my life I try to move on and not let it hamper me too much. When you let bad things to pull your thoughts then you allow bad emotions which bring you down. I tend to take every day as it is and not as it was yesterday. To desire...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata I'm not someone who thinks the concept of "hard" is really a thing. I suggest things should be considered as to how long it would take to accomplish the task rather than labeling it with a difficulty. You can put effort into something that may take a long time...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata As a guy who is normally virtually alone, i don't find it very comforting. Being alone can give you some peace but I think it's essential to have social interactions. It gives me a feeling of being off set from other people, which I'm not too fond of. When I'm...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata I've been searching for jobs for years. I finally got some last year. The key point is that you have to keep trying. When there is something to attain giving up doesn't really help. Make some more moves, search more broadly and keep trying to do some things...

Is it true that lasting suffering and happiness do not come from external sources but from within oneself? It means the way we mentally interpret situations determine whether to be happy or sad. It is now our responsibility to...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata In order to attain happiness someone has to achieve what they set as their goals for happiness, so I guess it is a mental state that you choose. While someone can be happy when they get what they're looking for I don't think it is possible for someone to...

We all here are afraid of failure but in the actual sense it is a temporary difference between what we expect and what we got. Though failure can cause a harm but we all learn something and even accelerate our learning to achieve...

Jose Andrez Bravo Mata I see people tend to say failure leads to success. In my view it depends on how you fail. If you're someone who sees a task and says "well, I can't do this", then what you do after is the most important part. If you take that experience and do something to...

I worked in customer service for 30+ years. I did have my basic training at each of my jobs but much of my office training came from my co-workers. Such things as how to fax documents or cut and paste. I learned these things from...
