LadyDD I took a long time ago some Medication for depression but I heard it's addictive. As a matter of fact I have stopped taking all kind of medication for five years since it was of no help for me. It was not for depression but for other health problems.

LadyDD I know this from my doctor. I have such health problems. Everybody must take care about thyroid because not all thyroid problems are the same. In some cases iodine is necessary, in others not at all.
