MamaBird Hi Dugsmom......The ones I planted were planted in a very dry flower bed and did really well for the 1st 2 years. Then the next season we had more rain and I have lost all the plants except 2. They are still pretty. So, definitely don't plant them in a bed...

MamaBird Thanks for responding. I sure hope you can find some kind of relief, soon. I have found that mine is worse if I don't rest during the day. I've learned to lay down for at least 30 mins. a day. But, even that doesn't always work. Wish they could find a miracle...

MamaBird I agree.....as these babies are getting older, I'm not having near as much trouble. I think it was mainly because of the 4 being all together, in the same cage! In other words, let's see who can bite Mom's hand first to get fed. LOL

MamaBird I drink bottled water all day long and had eaten a snack cup of chocolate pudding at 3pm. I also had a large bowl of cereal for breakfast. But, I did have a cup of coffee around 4pm. I just wonder if it was the caffeine?

I am trying to change some of my eating habits. I'm 54 and at an age where I'm starting to have to watch everything about my health. I love a bowl of cold cereal for breakfast and there are some days I also eat a bowl at night....

In the south, of the U.S., we have a traditon of eating Blackeye Peas for Good Luck and Cabbage for money on New Year's Day, of each year. Are there other customs in the north, or other countries, on this subject???
