How many cups of coffee a day?

I admit it...I'm a coffee addict. I can't seem to get through the day without getting my fix. I can get by with 2 cups (used to be more but due to health reasons I'm cutting it down), what about you?

NexPilot I don't drink coffee since I've never really gotten used to the taste. I drink unprocessed green tea instead, about 2-3 bags a day on weekdays.

Vitamin E on Stretch Marks

Has anyone tried rubbing Vitamin E on their stretch marks? Did it work for you?

NexPilot Stretch marks will generally heal over a very long period of time; usually 1-2 years. But they don't exactly heal completely as you can still see some slight outline. The length of the marks do shorten though. Try cocoa butter.

NexPilot Any type of exercise boosts energy levels throughout for the rest of the day. Walking is just one of many means to an end. HIgher intensity training and running is even better since it releases endorphins.

NexPilot Tea is beneficial to your health overall. But specifically you want to drink the unprocessed, organic tea(ex. green tea). Those are the types that contain most of the antioxidants and even micronutrients that you would not find in many foods....
