Clint Perry Good luck. I don't use detox drinks, I just watch my diet closely and exercise nearly daily. My exercise consists of riding an exercise bicycle. (My knees are in very poor condition and walking right now is not a possibility.

simplyme You have to deal with your stress in a calm way. It depends on what is bothering you. You have to analyze yourself on that. Then, try to figure it out on how you can solve it because harmful way can`t help you
