mylesnarvaez hi! just click on "edit your preferences" on the lower left panel. when the window on "customize your profile" page is open, you can browse for your new avatar and change it to your desired photo. goodluck! i saw your 2 photos, nice ones! :)

vesuvius Hi SarahPT. Just click on 'edit your preferences' and there you'll find a file browser for avatars. If you have an animated avatar, make sure it's dimensions are less than or equal to the 60x60 limit so it will still be animated after upload.

stacyv81 Burn more calories than you take in. Find out based on your weight and height how many calories should you consume to be healthy and try to stick with it. Limit portions, and eat more times a day, smaller meals to keep your metabolism going. Good luck!

Aurone You would be better figuring out a well-round eating plan that involves all the food groups and a reasonable amount of calories plus an exercise schedule to lose weight. Its not good to cut out any one thing like carbs, because your body still needs them.
