ShanLhey I used to give missed calls just to confirm whether the number of the party I am going to call is active or not. I also received missed calls and I always ask them if who they are. I think there is no big deal in asking.

Why do some cartoon characters wear white gloves?

ShanLhey I think it's not mandatory to give tips on the service rendered. A lot of generous people giving tips but it's for them to give what is ump. If it's obliged and stated in the law then maybe you will be obliged to give a tip to those who made a good service....
