Sunytha I remember the birthdays of the relatives and friends. Every day I check the calender and underline the date and write on name. So i can greet them during the birthdays.

Sunytha Hai, It is a fact but I think i drink enough everyday.Drinking of more water cleanses our body,and it will also help you. Please take daily at least 12 glasses of water.
