aelyus oh, i remember that game. i played it many years ago on my 486:) i also liked Prehistoric 2 and the greatest game One Must Fall 2097. wonderful fighting game!

aelyus you can buy a lot of laptops. a thousand dollars is enough to buy an medium MSI laptop or an Acer Aspire series or even an IBM Lenovo. why don't you buy a pocket PC?

aelyus i think Windows Xp is still the best operating system. I work in IT and i strongly recommed to my customers do not buy Windows Vista for at least 6 months.

Which is the best anti virus software? At the moment I am considering using sophos. Has anyone used it? Is it any good? At the moment I am using symantec anti virus

aelyus i think Kaspersky is the best antivirus. Even Symantec products are good but it is very important to keep your antivirus updated. An updated Norton Antivirus can work better than Kaspersky cracked and not updated.

What anti-virus are you using ? i used f-prot 1 year ago,because i've had a weak computer...it was quite good,i didn't had any problems.Now i use kaspersky,in my opinion the best anti-virus :D what about you ?

aelyus i used Kaspersky Antivirus but it requires a lot of resources( especially RAM memory) and now I use Norton Antivirus(or better, Norton Internet Security). It is not bad.

aelyus i choose assembled PC because you can choose what you want, the performance you need and you know what your PC contain. i saw once an Branded PC, IBM and i were dissapointed.

aelyus desktops is good for performance, laptop is good for mobility. Each of them have advantages and disadvantages. Depends what you are looking for: for sitting home I recomand you a desktop(i preffer INTEL processors and motherboards fpr beter compatibility not...
