besssia Try to alternate warm and cold compress 15 to 20 minutes each. You can also take over the counter pain medications like aspirin. A simple soft rubbing does help too. I hope you feel better!

besssia Bath soap makes our hair dry. I don't think it's a good idea to use soap to wash our hair because it can roughen the texture and even make our hair brittle and coarse. Shampoo is more appropriate to use. :)
