relcap23 I missed reading that post of yours. True it's not easy to be a teacher. My mother was a teacher and I know she's always busy so when I was asked what I want to do for work I said I want to be a manager lol.

Arunima Singh You have to make it clear to him that if he needs a degree, he has to work for it. He has to find a way to do it. You can guide him but not do the task for him. That's not fair and is unethical too.
