Yesterday, I finally managed to push myself to the gym, and did 15 minutes on the trainer. Also did a couple of repetitions on the machines. It's so easy to get fat rather than fit. How do you overcome the inertia?

flashnbeyond I think you got to make sure the photo is a JPG file. I uploaded mine yesterday with no trouble. If you need help, I can help you convert it to JPG.
