huneybun532 I get depressed also. I take meds for it but still get depressed. exercise does help. volunteer work helps a person get out of the mood.

When you wash dishes, do you fill the sink with water or do you use a dishpan? when you rinse do you rinse under running water or do you fill the sink (or dish pan) with water and just dunk to rinse? Do you let your dishes air dry...

huneybun532 When i do dishes,i fill the sink and then i rinse under the water. I do not dry them. I let them air dry.
