ifrahkhalid I have encountered the same problem a couple of months back and I was diagnosed with high Uric Acid. My sincere advise is to see a GP and get this thing checked before its time for some steroids to get over the pain.

ifrahkhalid Yes the best way to improve your eyesight is naturally. Use a lot of carrots and specially its juice. Walk bare foot on morning grass and try to see maximum greenery around you.

ifrahkhalid I am a chain smoker so i lit a stick when i open my eyes. Since long I have started drinking water prior to smoke which has not shown any change in my health. Therefore I personally do not see any advantage in drinking water early in the morning.
