josephonthemoon drill it in to him that you really want him to be a chef and to be so much better than you so he can carry on the family tradition...... reverse phycology! he'll hate the idea of being a chef if you really push him. just an idea.

josephonthemoon i went in december '01 and january last year. it was my wife's birthday so i took her there for a nice break. it is such a beautiful city and i feel really at home there

This has been a debate between me and my co-gym members/gym addicts. I personally work out in the gym or should I say do classes straight for 2-3 hours per day and that would be 6 times a week. You think that is too much?! I know...

josephonthemoon any exercise that takes over 2 hours has a negative effect on the body, your body produces a chemical that eats your muscle away and means all the exercise you have been doing pointless

josephonthemoon i think the worst thing people can do to their bodies is sit through a nicolas cage movie........brain turns to mush, muscles cleanse up with anger/rage and your left with a constant depression and suicidal out look on life
