Do you defrag you your computer/laptop frequently?

defrag is an important task to do. one have to defrag his/her computer/laptop at least once per month. i defrag my laptop once a week to keep the file arrange and optimize the hard disk speed

kabirierm One more useful tip is to keep all your working file on a different partition as to your system partition. This makes minimal changes to your partition and thus require less time to defrag.

kabirierm I agree that sleeping can be a waste of time. However, it is not human not to get enough sleep. It could bring more problems to you. Regards.
