lara_mar84 Yes it is very much helpful in old age but actually it's very helpful to all of us since it also washes away the toxins in our body. Some models actually drink more than 10 glasses of water a day just to keep their skin smooth, healthy and younger looking.

lara_mar84 Maybe facebook really needs a change for it to become famous again and so that people would find it interesting again to visit the site. Maybe it should be added with some features that are interesting or catchy for us to keep on going with facebook.

lara_mar84 It's a really good habit to drink water in the morning to rehydrate yourself since you have fasted throughout the night. It also helps smoothen' your skin and makes it healthier..
