luisadannointed @owstalaga Nope! Only faith is needed to achieve Salvation. Good works will never save you. But your faith alone to God... and since you have faith in him it is natural that you follow him.

luisadannointed oh! I hope you are better now. I also had problem with sleeping but I guess it was due to stress. Coffee is not really a good for health if we drink it too much. Me? One frappe a day or one iced coffee a day is fine.

luisadannointed I think hazelnuts are very yummy. Me? I prefer iced coffee so I am wide awake the whole day, lol! Hot coffee is for the morning, and when I drink it in the afternoon I'll be sleeping the next few minutes. It really makes me sleepy.
