nangkasuy What I know is too much o f anything is bad for you. So drinking too much coffee is not healthy. But drinking 1-2 cups a day is healthy.

nangkasuy I read in many articles, one - two cups of coffee a day is healthy. More than that isn't healthy anymore. Like they say, too much of anything is bad for you. I drink one cup a day of coffee, sometimes two. If I want to drink more, I take the decaf.

nangkasuy Yes, it happens to me and I am still fairly new in mylot. Sometimes when a topic interests me, I read through them and all the responses posted and I see my answer already mentioned by someone else.

nangkasuy Ants also have been our problem, so far what has temporarily helped us is spraying the ants with dishwashing soap solution (1-part dishwashing soap and 3-parts water). It kills the ants but then still come back through another route. So we just keep spraying...

nangkasuy We have a family recipe for yummy cookies. The recipe is not to be shared unless you are family. We didn't even give it to my sister-in-law. My sister has several of her recipe's that she wants to keep it a secret. I personally don't have one...yet.
