Help I have a tune bouncing around in my head, but there is a missing word in all the lyrics for me. I tried goggling it, tried yahoo engineing it, and cannot find it as I tried putting something in place of the question mark.I got a lot of odd suggestions but not the song I am looking for at all. The tune will not get out of my poor head. Your take mylotters, maybe someone knows the missing word. lol I know I will recognize it when I hear the right word.[

Sugar in the morning Sugar in the evening Sugar at suppertime Be my little sugar And love me all the time. Not bad for someone who is only 30. Can't remember who it's by, but it's definitely called Sugartime. Came out in the 50's.

danish, that's the one I was going to say, but it didn't fit the words completely as they were written. Still hear it on the oldies station sometimes when I have time and remember to turn it on.

I see everyone beat me. I was at supper, sorry. Does it not also have a honey verse as well? I grew up hearing these songs.

hi 'garden gerty I just got back from su per too.salisbury steak cooked so hard it was hard to cut with gray and mashed potatoes and spinach. mandarin oranges for dessert. not bad but the idea of Salisbury steak was to make it really tender but this stuff was like leather. lol I don't know if it has a honey verse or not have to look it up now I know the name lol

sugar in the morning, sugar in the evening, sugar at supper time, be my little sugar and love me all the time. The next verse is "Honey" instead of sugar. Then: Put your arms around me, swear by stars above, you'll be mine forever in the heavens above (I think those are the words...not sure)

I usually get some songs on the brain, but just as you ,sometimes the lyrics slip my mind.No matter how I think it,it doesn't occur to me all the same.I guess what you wanted to find is Mcguire Sisters sugartime lyrics whose first section is as follows:sugar in the morning sugar in the evening sugar at suppertime Be my little sugar And love me all the time

Alot of sugar going on there Hatley. That much sugar all day would have me in trouble. I know what you mean but forgetting a word or phrase from the lyrics of a song. I do that quite often. Another reason the web is so great. I have looked up more lyrics and such. Brain farts!!

I know exactly what you are saying. This has happened to me on several occasions. Try not to think about it and the right word may justnpopninto your head during the nexr 24 hours. It is very aggravating but I have no suggestions as to what you can do to hurry up the process. Good luck

Hi Hatley, I don;t know the song but everyone's saying it's sugar... so then I am supporting them Sometimes I used to experience that too... and most of the time I am really itching to know the missing word in the song.
