An easy pasta salad for parties or weekends.

I am having a birthday party with my friends this Saturday. My actual birthday was the 8th of June, but I don´t like to mix friends and some of the older family. I have been buying and cooking for the last three days. It´s going to be cold cuts, salads, some appetizers, wine and sodas and 2 cakes.
Today I made the pasta salad and fell so much in love with it that I decided to take a picture of it and share it with you. Later on I took some pictures of other salads I made, but this is my favorite as looks go. Here´s the picture. What do you think? Do you like to make colorful salads?

I saw the date of this post and it was 10 years ago. I gave that bowl to Dixie some months ago because I have decided not to have too big parties now.

I have never really cared for pasta salads, but that one sounds interesting. I would have responded to this before, but it wouldn't let me post my response saying I needed to use only letters, numbers and standard punctuation. I hope you had a good party!

I'm glad that you were able to have a successful party and that you were able to wear your hair with no cap. I don't think I could stand to wear a cap here right now because it is the middle of summer, but I guess that means that it's the middle of winter for you.

I used a sort of cotton scarf last Summer, but now I`m happy to show my growing hair.

Mylot was down all day yesterday. I even had withdrawl symptoms
My party was a success and I wore my hair with no cap for the first time in a long time. Boy, was it cold! I`ll send you a picture of my party later, when Im at the other computer (where I have the pictures).
My friends liked the food and I felt very happy that I had done all that.

It`s So easy, analhon. I cook the pasta (you choose which one you like but it looks better with big ones). I add sweet peppers cut in squares (different colours), black olives, feta or goat cheese and a dressing (olive oil, salt, pepper and vinegar). That`s all.

@marguicha Also the ingredients, they also add sliced hot dogs and other meats. It's too fat.

I am a person that really likes to make salads that are colorful for a variety of reasons. The more different colors that you put in your salad, the more nutritious it is. In addition to that, it is also a lot more visually appealing when a salad is really colorful.
Pasta salads are something that I really like because of the fact that there are so many different things that you can do with a pasta salad. However, I would never put any olives in my salads because I just don't like them.

I didn`t know so many colors in peppers a couple of years ago. I don`t know if they are transgenic. I wonder sometimes. I used to get the green and the red ones. Now, with all the colours, a colorful salad is easy to make.
