Pizza Friday and Ancient Aliens

I live across the street from my 88 year-old mom. She doesn't drive anymore so I take her on a ride in the morning and then I make an early lunch for her. Each Friday, we've gotten into the routine that we pick up a Stop and Shop Supreme Pizza (that always seems to be on sale for $4). Then I make sure that she has Ancient Aliens on. It usually runs from noon to 5pm. So she enjoys her Aliens and pizza all day long. I think it's her favorite day!

Yes my Mom is the same only it is the Waltons she loves and she never ate pizza all her life but now she does haha

My mom has always loved pizza. She says she would like it every day, but then I bring over other meals and she agrees that variety is good.

We love our local Stop & Shop employees. Mom couldn't get out of her house for two months last winter because of storms and snow. When she finally got out in March, all of the employees gave her a big hug when we walked into the store. Their supreme pizza is excellent.

@NeldaHoxie I can very well understand. My mother is 94, but she lives in Italy. I go to see her once a month and we have a wonderful day together.

@NeldaHoxie Your Mother sounds like a go get 'em lady. We check out DVDs from the library and play them on a DVD player.

If you don't have a TV how do you watch reruns.I don't get your point. Whether you watch live TV or "reruns". Why does it matter. My mother doesn't spend every day all day in front of the television. She works in the garden, braids rugs and tends to her house. This is her television day.

I agree with Ancient Aliens. Every episode is well done and fascinating. Even if I don't agree with some of their points, I have to admit that I sit spellbound as they explain their theories.
