How many discussions do you write a day?

I've been here 10 days and so far, I've been busy reading and commenting on other discussion writings. I only managed five writings and this is my 6th. I prefer reading and interacting at this time. But I can also be a prolific writer/blogger as I've managed to write more than two thousand articles on another blogging site. These are just short articles though and I had time to write 10 a day LOL. I think that I shall feature some of my photos and write about them. What about you? how many posts to do you write and where do you get your writing inspiration?

When I can, I try to write one discussion every day, I skipped the last three because I do not feel too well. It is not so important to write a lot here, it is more important to interact.

Hello, @LadyDuck , I thought you were feeling better, Anna? I am most distressed to learn you are still under the weather, hon! Is there anything I can co to help? *DE sweeps his hat off and bows deeply to his friend!* I would be happy to bring you some chicken noodle soup, Dearheart? Would you like some?

I am not much of a writer. I tried to do at least 1 a day, but I failed that, so now I only write one, when something strikes. Which can be 1 a day or 1 a week. My interaction however is daily, and pretty much all through the day, and into the night.

@vickyrose I had done a discussion pretty much like this one not long after I joined, cause I felt like I wasn't contributing to the site. However, I soon learned as long as I run my lips (interact) then I am contributing. There are some great people here, once you make 'connections' the interaction will become easier for you.

Hello, Vicky, it is a pleasure to see you again... (I just came from my thread, so just greeted you there.) I have been here for roughly a month and have written (authored) two discussions. I MUCH prefer to interact on other people's discussions rather than start my own, as you will see the more you move among the discussions here. I do tend to alter discussions from their original thrust, so if that is going to bother you, I would prefer you tell me now. (I don't always mean to do that, but sometimes I do... It depends.) I do usually drag some of my friends around with me, so if you have difficulty getting a thread to jump, you can call one of us and we will fix that for you, but you may not recognize the thread when we finish with it...

@vickyrose @japneet20 I have found that it does pay better to start a thread that can keep up a good interaction among the people already there than it is to keep writing new ones that see little interaction. Even if YOU are not constantly on your own thread (You should at least comment back to the person talking to you) it is not necessary to reply if they are directing their comments at someone else on your thread, but you can join their discussion if you want. (Some people do not like you to interact with others on their thread, but they are missing out on the extra money those side discussions bring in. One person didn't realize that side discussions earn her money on her own thread and kicked me and a friend out because we didn't address her directly. I blocked her.) (Yeah, I am not ALWAYS nice, just the majority of the time!) I don't earn money as fast as some people here do, but I earn quite a bit faster than others.

@DaddyEvil So do I get this right? If I see a post where no one has been replied to. Oh those poor people they are being ignored. And so take over that post and reply like crazy... my question is.. Everyone gains?

@Bluedoll Well, yes hon, someone does gain from you doing that. It just won't be you... or not necessarily you. But that was the whole purpose of that author... To drain interactions out of others without doing anything him/herself that will pay any of you for being on that thread. You are helping a cheater when you do that. S/he is making money from their interaction with her/his thread and after you reply to those silly people, they make a bit of money from you... If one of them replies to your response, then the author makes more money while you get a little bit from that return response. And still, that author is a cheat!

As a student, you really need to be online to do research and some courses are done online too. All the best.

Interaction matters most in this site, so I limit my post to just one each day and sometimes I even skip writing a discussion and just interact around.

In a perfect world i would like to post one a day. But because the conversations keep going it takes a lot more time and I've not posted daily either. I love this website.

I write a few to several a day, when thoughts come across my mind and when I see something that piques my interest on the news or on a Facebook post.

I don't even average one a day, I get caught up either commenting on other posts or I'm off comparing prices for something I plan to buy, usually dog food or organic foods.

Currently I'm not doing as much writing as I have before, although I only had somewhat over one thousand posts on that other site. I'll probably write a bit more here after December, and then about what I'm doing now when I begin windows again for the spring months. I'm still doing windows into December, that's why I won't write too many extra before then.

I am more of a writer than a party animal. I'm finding less and less inspiration on this site. I guess I am losing interest in being a peeper into other living rooms.
