lol I know I have heard others say that they had been hit with the bad word filter, well it just happened to me. Usually I would not do two posts so close together but this was so funny I just had to write about it.
In the post before this one I was talking about Jack my grandson and how he had been dropped off at my house, I had two words Jack and Off next to each other and yes, it is a naughty word and I had to change it!! Too funny.
At first I couldn't figure out why my post would not publish and then I saw the red notice.Error cannot post bad word!!

It caught me completely by surprise the first time that I encountered this and tried a few times to submit it. Eventually I noticed the red warning and the highlighted portion of the text.
Just because you are the Bandit Queen of the New East is no reason to resort to the same language as your counterpart in the Old West.

lol I guess I will just have to change my grand son's name, if I say they were dropping Charlie off it would not have been a bad word at all!!

Yes it is almost funny the way it decided to block some perfectly acceptable words.

lol I really didn't think it sounded bad, I said that they dropped Jack ...and the other word, so it wasn't really naughty.

I had a bad word in my title and it wasn't caught but I decided to see the rules again and sure enough I had broken a rule and changed it as fast as i could.

While this site isn't like the B for deleting accounts and not telling you it is still best to err on the side of caution.

@LoriAMoore I couldn't work out what the system was on about. Something like 'error, bad word'. I had to read the comment several times to even find the word.

@BelleStarr If it had passed through - as in if a person read it - no-one would have picked it up.

@BelleStarr I agree, written the way you did wasn't bad. It was the fact the two words were together the way they were.

Well yes but of course it can't tell the context so someone must have used it as a bad word in the past

Yes I guess it is better to have it then to let a bad word through, lol even if it was a little over zealous.

Since it is normally not two words I use together it never occurred to me it could be taken as inappropriate, once I read it I realized but yes too funny.

OH dear oh dear that was funny! You should have told the word filter that you are a lady and you would not use such terms! LOL
