Wishing You All a Merry Christmas!

I'm sure that many of you are preparing for Christmas Eve and Christmas right about now.
My husband and I will be going to a Christmas Eve service at our church in about two hours. I always love it. This is a photo of our church last Christmas Eve.
Tomorrow morning, one of our daughters and two of our grandkids will be here to open presents and have lunch with us ... after they open their presents and have breakfast at home.
I will not be online for most of the next 24 hours, so I thought I would take this moment to wish you all a very Merry Christmas ... or best wishes for any other holiday you will be celebrating!

The church service last night was lovely. We've been on the phone all morning with my parents and some of our kids. Now we are waiting for the local daughter to show up. Meanwhile, my husband and I are watching "Nightmare Before Christmas" on Netflix!

We went to a lovely Christmas Eve Christmas program at our church, with a program presented by the children and young people, singing, and communion. It was lovely. I hope your Merry Christmas is very blessed.

Thank you! It is a pretty old church ... almost 100 years old. It had to be reinforced a few years ago to make it earthquake resistant. It's the only church right in the heart of Laguna Beach.

@DeborahDiane Thank you. It was really quite sad to see him so poorly. He crawled under the table at lunch time and slept underneath his chair for around two hours. When he woke he seemed a little bit brighter. Enough to open a couple of presents.

I am so sorry to hear that your grandson is not doing well. That is so sad. It is awful for a child to be ill any time of year, but especially when everyone else is enjoying the holidays. I hope his health improves. I'll say a little prayer for him.
