Was 2015 a good year for you?

Looking back at the year gone by, 2015 was a tough year for me and my family. We have been through a lot of issues related to finances, health and deaths in the family. However, when I calculate the positives and negatives i guess they balance out.
Though the year was tough it seem we were tougher enough to keep going and working through it all. Health issues pulled all of us down but we have coped well enough.
Our finances took a beating, but never lacked anything.. We just learned to be more careful with money.
We emerged stronger an better for all our troubles Or that is how I look at things. It tested our limits emotionally but we know our strengths.

we started this year with our beating finances wise, going to have to figure something out now sadly

2015, wasn't a very good year for me at all, as I have been dealing with finanacial issues, but all in all, I have been getting through it all with God's help. I just hope that year will be a better year, and I am sure that it will, as with God, things will work out, of that I have no doubt.

@sofssu I wish the same for you as well. You are rght though, that God is there in all situations, good and bad, and he will take us through them. We also need to remember that when bad things come they come for a reason, but good will always come from bad. It happened to me the end of last year. I was in a bad siutation, but
God turned it around and now everything is good.. Thank you God.

I am glad to hear you got some of your problems worked out! (I had wondered.)
My daughter and I had some personal issues arise that stemmed from five years ago. One of her friends apparently likes to see us fight. I have to just ignore anything that is said about it or the fighting breaks out anew.
We had put it behind us three years ago. This "friend" started telling uhm.... misconceptions to my daughter. I wish she would go elsewhere.
Our finances came up in the world. We had vehicle trouble in 2014 that carried over into 2015. We finally had the money to buy another car.
Those two items were the biggest things we had last year. One is resolved... the other, not so much. I THINK I am calling that a win, @sofssu !

@DaddyEvil sorry to hear about your problems with your daughter. Hope your new car serves you well and long. I hope 2016 would be a great year for you and your daughter.
Personally speaking its just a few health issues that bug me.. Luckily relationships wise we have had a wonderful year. Losing dear ones has been a emotional drain.. but such is life. I always believe life is good to me.

The mini tornado in July topped the list of things that bothered me but all in all I could say 2015 was quite an eventful year.

@allknowing We never have tornadoes here.. hurricanes yes and they can be destructive too.. Glad it was a good one for you .. or so I assume.

2015 is a year of financial burdens for me. I do hope that 2016 will be the opposite. I see 2016 as a year of opportunities and I am grabbing all of those opportunities.
