Off to the showers / myLot

Time for a shower, or more particularly, as my friend @noner says, hot bath therapy. Even though the sun is shining we have quite a bit of wind roaring around. I hear it gusting in the vent pipes from the furnaces. I am going to do some cooking for the whole week as well today. There is nothing like a relaxing hot bath, a good cup of coffee and the aroma of good food.We printed out a recipe for a Reuben casserole. It is gonna be yummy for us. Those of you on my side of the world, I hope you are starting a good Monday and a good week. I feel like I have been here to interact more this morning than I was all last week.

I like bath for refreshment also. But I like natural waters like canal, small streams rather than shower.

Our town's entire water system is fed by a spring. It is very pleasant.

I do not do the hot bath often. I have a hot tub I need to get set up and going, though. I would do that every day.

Rye bread, pastrami or corned beef, kraut, swiss cheese, Thousand Island dressing, mustard, caraway seeds, dill pickles. I have never made it before, but I am really looking forward to it.

My morning was a little hectic. My week promises to be a change from the norm. A nice shower tomorrow is in the cards. No little people to need to toilet while I'm in the bathroom.

I shut the door to keep the cat out. She thinks we should stand at the sink and run water for her to drink. I know you enjoyed your grand daughter but will also enjoy your space back to yourself.

A nice hot shower always is nice and our weather here today is blizzardly again but it won't affect me as I will not be going anywhere today. The wind out there is terrible and you can't see two feet in front of you is why they have closed the roads down.

It has not been a bad day so far. It is only a little after lunchtime here. I showered this morning at 6:00AM and will take another one before I retire to bed for tonight. I still have to go pick up my husband medicine at the pharmacy, and then pick up a few groceries at the store today.

I love hearty casseroles with no pasta. Hubby does not eat pasta, except for my homemade lasagna. This is a new casserole for us.

hot bath in this cold weather is the best. we may have shower, but always prefer the pail and dipper (Philippine style of taking bath)

Reuben casserole does sounds interesting. My daughter likes those sandwiches. I do agree on the hot bath therapy. A little Epsom salts added can take the soreness out of muscles also.
