Bleh

Yesterday, we had frogs...last night, we had rain...today, we are supposed to get 3-5 inches of snow. Scar didn't even stay out this morning...twice, he thought he wanted out...the first time lasted about 90 seconds, the second time about 10. Went to the doctor yesterday, blood pressure is up again, a1c (average blood sugar test) is up to 10.3, got an infected lymph gland in one of my armpits so I got put on antibiotics, and a few other prescriptions added or levels raised... Bleh. Meanwhile, myLot moves in fits and starts... I'll probably only get 2 hours at work this morning, so I will be here most of the day (like always it seems). And I really need to buy a bigger bucket or get that roof leak fixed... Ah well...at least I have coffee

@cindiowens I've got this thing about needles...doing the sugar test every morning is bad enough and it doesn't even hurt, it's just the idea...

It was 13.7 a couple years ago and I got it down to 6.1, but it decided to start going up again...I really don't want to start insulin...

Oh why are you getting infections in lymph? That is really a serious immune problem isnt it? Does not look nice out there..yes must get leak fixed..

@JolietJake They will help I am sure JJ. Your body must really be trying to fight something horrible off. I hope you can get the leak fixed when you feel better.

I can relate to your title-bleh. I feel that way too, the cold rain is coming down here. And coincidentally I have to drive into town in a little while because I have a doctor's appointment. I don't blame the Scar, I don't want to go outside today either! See ya later when you finish work.

Isn't that always the way it goes, JJ? You couldn't ask for better weather and signs of spring are everywhere, then ten feet of snow and you are right back in the middle of winter again! I LOVE this time of year... NOT!

@DaddyEvil What I really hate is Scar dumping the coffee can I use where the ceiling leaks...I need to get a bucket and put a brick in the bottom of it to stop him

Quite honestly I would love some of your rainy bleh. It's too sunny here - seriously - I am not liking this heat business in the middle of February. We need more rain (and it doesn't seem like we're ever going to get it). If only coffee kicked in to fix EVERYTHING.

Bleh is right. The snow is currently sideways, it's so windy. I am staying in today we are supposed to get about 8 inches.

I agree, bleh. I hate snow. Snow is a dirty little four letter word. And the weather this time of year is ridiculous, cold than warm, then cold again.... It's nuts.
