This is NOT a challenge for the faint of heart.
This challenge takes skill, cunning, and the willingness to accept the risk of failure.
If you take this challenge, you accept full responsibility for your actions, and will not hold me, myLot, or its subsidiaries accountable for any ridicule you may receive due to your involvement in this challenge.
The rules are as follows:
#1. Pick any 15 myLotters at random.
#2. Respond to AT LEAST one of their discussions.
#3. Wait for them to comment back to you.
#4. Comment BACK to them.
#5. Attempt to remain in each discussion as long as possible.
And there is a CASH PRIZE for participating in this challenge.
All participants shall receive an undisclosed amount added to their bank for completing the challenge.
So what are you waiting for?
HERE is your chance to GET PAID for completing a challenge.
Do you have what it takes?

The big question is how to select members *randomly*!
Sticking a pin in your screen is likely to seriously damage your computer.
One way might be to scroll down the 'Recent Discussions' list and select every third or fifth (or whatever) discussion ... or see which one Scar miaows at when you pull up the discussion?

I hate party poopers.
I had a party of poopers drop by one day and I almost never got all the stains out...and that smell!

The more interactions we make, the more chances of increasing our earning. Such a great idea.

Very true. The more actions you create, the better the chances of receiving interaction from other users.

@JolietJake What I dislike, and cannot do a thing about, is when you want to discuss something and get something going, but that member doesn't reply to their comments until after they do other stuff on the site and then by that time it can be lost.

Why thank you.
What is amazing, in its own way, is even a heated discussion among people antagonistic towards each other can result in an unforeseen boost to the earnings received here.
And also, in its own way, can be a great stress reliever, for those so inclined.

@Juliaacv I have somewhat of a problem with my own discussions, in that what I may be keen on talking about in the morning may be farthest from my thoughts later in the day.
If I am actually there, it isn't too hard to keep things going, but as I drift off to other places, I sometimes find it hard to return my thoughts to the original subject.

It was designed to be accessible on a computer, for people to log in to the site, and communicate with each other

If the discussions get extended the way they usually do that might take the rest of the month. Woo hooo!!!

@JolietJake Mine do not seem to have had responses either. I still made sure to get to some new users and also to try to explain when everyone says they need help. Visiting random users is my usual way to go anyway. It has been a pretty good day.

I've picked several of the 'wrong' discussions today, because they seem abandoned

@JolietJake I think I'll do what I always do, flit from view to view, adding a bit here, chucking an odd tangential comment in there... avoiding any major blowups... the attention span's not what it used to be for 15 simultaneous conversations.

@pgntwo I just looked, and while it feels like many more, I have actually only entered into 6 so far today, of which 4 have seen no return action.

I agree, it's the most dangerous challenge throughout the internet. I have to think it over if I will accept this challenge or not.
Well, I never accepted any challenge before especially in myLot.

@JolietJake I'll have to take note of my 15 people as I correspond to many in the course of a day. I think I might cheat and start at the other end. Keep track of who responds more that a few times until the responders/commenters add up to 15. You do realise I probably won't do it at all, don't you? Too much paperwork but the idea is good. :)
Have just read down a bit. Am I supposed to pick 15 new (to me) MyLotters?

Be cautious, you may spend much time waiting upon a comment back that you might never receive...

Unfortunately no, Might be to time consuming for people and people tend to get bored quick or just do not have anything to say. I would think people could do this even if it takes someone two weeks to comment back. I myself get easily confused and distracted easily by other notifications. Even though, not many followers and not many respond to my posts, but many likes and comments from other peoples post I responded to. That would be what sidetracks me.

@JolietJake But it so much more fun when you go against the grain. Hey, us types may live shorter lives and expend way to much energy, but what is more fun fighting something that has more power than you? I am about to hit 40. I am sure I will be made into a sheep soon enough. Homey, just just does not have the energy anymore. Is that how you spell Homey? lol
