myLot payments - how it works

There are still lots of members that get confused about how payout here works, so hopefully some of them will see this.
First, there is the pay period. Ignore anything about "on or before the 15th" for this. A pay period runs from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. If you don't make the minimum amount required to be paid, your money will 'roll over' and be added to the earnings for the next month.
You must have the minimum amount in your account by midnight CST on the last day of the month to qualify for payment which will occur the next month.
So for instance...for May, since the payment minimum has automatically gone back to $10 (unless otherwise stated by Admin) to qualify for payment in June you need to have at least $10 in your account by midnight CST USA on May 31st.
As for the pay schedule, you will get paid the following month after reaching payout on or before the 15th. It may be the 1st, it may be the 15th, it may be any day in between not including weekends. myLot does not issue payments on weekends.
I hope this clarifies it for some people. If you still are not sure of anything, please feel free to ask and I or someone else will be glad to answer your question if possible.

A lot of people seem to get confused and think they have until the 15th to earn for payment...it's kind of like a job where they hold back pay for a week or two

So do you mean that if I hit the $10 amount at 12:01 CST on June 1st I don't qualify?

Wouldn't it be horrible to only have $9.9999 at the end of the month?

It seems some have a problem differentiating between the pay period and the payment schedule.

You had to have $1 by the last day of April to get paid this month. If you didn't have $1 by the last day of April, then you will now need $10 by the end of this month to get paid in June.

You know, I get really grateful for the confused people and new users.
. They give us an opportunity at least once a month to review this basic information and share the good news that myLot pays.

Not so hard to understand, at least you'd think so. I just leave it in my PayPal until we need catfood anyway, so it really doesn't matter to me what day they actually pay out.

@JolietJake I had that too, until my son discovered it and went hog wild spending on games. Had to unlink my card AND bank.

Mine actually never leaves paypal until I spend it, I have a paypal debit card that's connected to my bank account so I can spend money from either place anywhere I want without moving any funds around.

@RubyHawk It is different for different people. Some people can earn $1 or more a day here, others might get 10 cents. It all depends on how active you are and how much time you can spend, pretty much. Since we don't get paid for our own actions, but for the interaction we receive from other users, and we can't really make people interact, it is hard to say a definite length of time. I've done it in 6 days, I've done it in 15 days...

This discussion clarifies any questions that others might have, including the new users. I couldn't have said it better myself. I do try to help others when the question comes up about payout. I will be curious to see what the payout will be for this month and every month after. I imagine we will find out when we paid this month for last month.

Thank you for taking the time to explain payments to those who don't really understand. I admit, it took some time for me to grasp it but I get it now. Nice for you to help others understand. :)

@Daljinder I'm not sure. Some months I think. Not that anyone was doing the wrong thing but I think I just needed it to be explained a different way for me to understand.
What about you?

@VivaLaDani13 I wasn't even paying attention to it. I was just observing and quickly knew that JJ was the guy who knows and helps about stuff here and then there was admin. Learned stuff following him around quickly.
