None has all the answers but we're given the answers that we need for whatever we need to conquer. Reflecting on the things that will help create a better environment and better living. Sometimes sitting back and pondering a bit will provide what's needed. Everyday that we're here gives each and everyone of us an opportunity to be part of "growth." Reflecting is a great way to clear our minds of all the negativity that may invade our minds. Setting some time for "reflecting" helps in so many ways.

I agree. But as you mentioned "sometimes". In my case, sitting idle for too long may fill me with venom..so I prefer keeping it engaged most of the time. LOL.

I suppose you are right. You can't sit for too long and not think of something unpleasant. You have a good day.

Reflection is an important part of growing as a person so I think we should take a few minutes in the day for this.

So true. Sometimes, the best move to make is to stay still. Watch the world goes by and let the universe give you the answers that you need.

Sometimes we'll have to move.We can't stay still always. We'll know when we need to move.

I agree with that, self analysis or introspection too helps many a times in sorting out any confusion we may have regarding the decisions we take regarding issues. I guess that's why it has been advised that one shd sleep over ones problem before taking any decision.

Reflecting on the days lessons and how they went, and how they can be improved, is an important part of what I do as a teacher. It is also key to my work as a writer.

Very true. I think some hobbies encourage reflection. Gardening is one or going for a walk - you find yourself working out answers that you didn't think were possible.

I like to do reflecting and see where I am in life with God as He is the Boss so to speak and He knows everything we need to function in this life in a way that brings glory to Him. O how He loves us do you remember foot prints in the sand?
