Her First Job Application

My eldest daughter who graduated last June 13 is applying for a job in another town. She is scheduled to travel today together with my husband for her interview tomorrow. She created her first application letter that I edited to make it perfectly done.
Since it's her first time, she said she is nervous. I comforted and told her to be just herself and be confident. She should not be upset If not being hired for maybe the job is not for her. I hope and pray for her success to become a flight attendant soon.

@Mike197602 i agree a hundred percent, but assuming all things are equal and all requirements are met, beauty and a pleasing personality is a huge advantage, not to mention height requirements of different airlines

she is pretty but in a flight attendant job they need to look for more than looks....it is way more of a responsible job than many realise and the training is HARD.

In my personal opinion too much emphasis is placed on looks as regards flight attendants.
How much use will their looks be when that plane goes down and the sh1t hits the fan
I hate flying although I used to fly regularly...I'd like airlines to employ staff purely on ability rather than looks...in good times a nice looking flight attendant is all well and good but when the emergency happens I want the staff on board to have the ability to handle it.

Jobs are hard to get.
If she doesn't get her first one then there is no shame in that and I hope she realises.
Over here even graduates are having a hard time.
Flight attendant jobs are sought after and if the airline is decent it'll only pick the absolute best of the best...as I'd expect it to do as it is a responsible job that may cost lives if given to the wrong person.

Yes, it's not easy to find a job even for graduates and experts. Same here in our country, they are really hiring the best applicants suited for the job as flight attendant. You're right, beauty are not the only factor but expertise and other important factors are considered. Thanks @Mike197602 for sharing your personal thoughts on my discussion, I really appreciated it.

Not yet, she is applying for Cebu Pacific for the interview is near our city. Maybe she will apply for PAL and if given a chance for Cathay Pacific.
