The first day of the wine festival went pretty good...nice crowd, and a beautiful sunny day. Ran into several people I know, and got a lot of comments on how the sound was (they had never had a real sound system out there before) so I will likely be asked to do it again next year.
Getting repeat customers...that's what I always aim for. 
Speaking of...the people that run the annual Hallowe'en Bash I do sound at came by the sound booth...they hadn't heard the newer setup I am using, and they are looking forward to me being out at their place in a few weeks. 
Took me almost 3 hours yesterday to get everything set how I wanted it...last night, I just killed power to everything and threw tarps on the equipment, so I'll be ready today in about 5 minutes after I get there.
Made a few recordings off the board yesterday, this link is Heather & Marty doing their version of the song "City Of New Orleans".

I saw you responded on the one listing what I am currently running...a year ago I was running maybe half of what I do now, and before that, only about one-fourth. The mixing board is totally different as well, I had an old vintage 16 channel mixer for years, have just started using the 32 channel at the last 2 gigs.

Both days went exceptionally well, made a few decent recordings Sunday too, and got invited back for next year

It ran until sundown last night, should end about 6 tonight so I'll have an hour to break everything down and load it

We could have done with a better sound system at the poetry day. It was okay for the poetry but the music at the beginning of the day left a bit to be desired. The guitar was too loud for the singer. It was a very simple system. Hope you get another fine day.
