A killer/rapist looks back at the camera as he is escorted from court and back to jail here yesterday.
See that look?
He might think he can play the 'mental' card while he is in court, but I'm pretty sure that hand is a losing hand.
I'm not one for saying 'guilty' before a trial, but I almost think I am sad that Illinois doesn't have a death penalty anymore.

I am not sure of the case or what he is in trouble for but just going off of that picture...The mental card if that is what he is playing he is definately "playing" the system because that look has no remorse in his eyes at all. He is almost smirking at the camera and its like he is laughing in his head.

He was arrested for the murder and rape of an 8 year old girl here. The crime occurred the day before Thanksgiving, he was arrested shortly 80 hours after that happened.

No matter what anyone else says I know the laws etc but I have always felt that what these kind of sick minds do should be done to them twice as bad and so be it.

I used to party pretty heavy years ago with the guy that was helping raise the girl that was killed...I wish Tim could get a few minutes alone with the guy

I guess in court he was acting like he didn't understand what was being said to him...but that look he gave the camera says otherwise.

depending on what they find, in his head, it may be a game. Either way, I hope he never sees the light of freedom again, as long as he is indeed the guilty party
