Tiring Day

Today was counseling. I had a homework assignment and meant to do it yesterday, but that didn't happen until 4 AM this morning. When finished I just went back to bed instead of the pool. I planned to go after, but the counseling session went over, and there is less time in the noon hour than the other times of the day, so I just came home.
Counseling was a bit rougher than I expected and as a result I came home drained and tired, not wanting to do much of anything. I hadn't eaten yet as I planned on being in the pool, so I was also hungry, so I had something to eat and watched The Nutcracker that I had on DVR from the Hallmark channel. It was an all right movie. Since I'm not heavy into romance, that's the best rating that kind of movie is going to elicit from me.
Right now I prefer being here and being with you than doing anything else that would mean using my brain cells for more thought provoking content such as my book would require. I'm not up to that right now, so I'm here and I'm glad I am. I enjoy all of you when I've had a draining day and even when I haven't. I have just enough brain power to give good comments. At least I hope so.
So with that said, I hope you have all had a good day. It was snowing today, and the plows are out right now. I think they're salting as it isn't snowing at the moment, but we are supposed to get more snow tomorrow. Hopefully that will give me the bulk of the 6-10 inches I'm looking forward to. They've already posted the notice for Monday when they will be plowing the parking lot.

It sounds like counseling was a good one. Those are always tiring. I love romance and so I would enjoy such movies. If the one you are talking about is the one I watched, it was pretty good. Not great but okay. We have a storm coming in with a high tomorrow of 16.

@just4him .....I really like Amy Acker.She was in Angel.It was a pretty good movie.

@celticeagle I haven't seen that one. I haven't seen a lot of Hallmark movies, though I have a couple more that I thought sounded good and are on the DVR. I have the new one for tonight scheduled as well.

Mostly myLot is a comforting place to be at the end of a rough day. I hope tomorrow is better for you. It is so cold here, I wish we had snow to go with it.

Today is one of those days. I'm not going anywhere, though I do see a lot of traffic so the plows are doing their work in keeping the roads salted and plowed.

bless yer heart 'n big hugs, ms. valerie! i despise days when my brains cells, will power 'n desire to pick myself'p by my bootstraps disappear. i'm glad yer gettin' that snow, hon. we're jest to get bitter cold/high winds here this weekend.
