Tomorrow I have an appointment with a doctor. It is not one of my many doctors, but a surgeon. My oncologist said that my lymphoma was in complete remission (5 years since chemotheraphy) so I had to take off the catheter. I didn´t want to, just in case. But she told me that this particular catheter was into a mayor vein and I could either have an infection or a dangerous clot. I asked the oncologist for the name of the surgeon who had done the work 5 years ago. If something goes wrong, I don´t want this surgeon to blame it on another person So, dear lotters, I will turn off my laptop and say goodnight

@stbrians Yes of course. I have been here since 2008 though there are times that I can't log in for so long because of busy schedule. But I always go back once in a while.

@marsha32 The surgeon will take away the catheter they put for the chemo. Total anesthesics and one day of hospital.

The oncologist told me that I had to take off the catheter. That means that my lymphoma is in complete remission. For the time being, I add.
