Tomorrow I have an appointment with a doctor.
It is not one of my many doctors, but a surgeon. My oncologist said that my lymphoma was in complete remission (5 years since chemotheraphy) so I had to take off the catheter.
I didn´t want to, just in case. But she told me that this particular catheter was into a mayor vein and I could either have an infection or a dangerous clot.
I asked the oncologist for the name of the surgeon who had done the work 5 years ago. If something goes wrong, I don´t want this surgeon to blame it on another person
So, dear lotters, I will turn off my laptop and say goodnight

@marguicha That's good. Did I miss a post on the procedure?

@marsha32 The surgeon will take away the catheter they put for the chemo. Total anesthesics and one day of hospital.

The oncologist told me that I had to take off the catheter. That means that my lymphoma is in complete remission. For the time being, I add.

I may also go to bed early. Right now sleeping in my own bed feels heavenly.
