What a Day

I picked the car up at 7 something. I got to the hospital for my infusion on time, but they didn't have the medication ready for another hour, so I had a good conversation with the nurse while we waited on the pharmacy.
I was an hour later than normal getting my son's laundry picked up and getting it done, so I'm home an hour later than expected, which in a way was good. I was away from the apartment while they plowed.
I also needed to pick up my medication from Walgreen's and while waiting in line, I noticed the Check Engine light was on. I have another appointment for the car on Saturday afternoon. Aren't I lucky? 
So anyway, I'm home, having some yogurt because I'm hungry, and interacting with all of you. At some point today I also need to work on my book. I did get some work done on it yesterday between worrying about my car and going to a delicious fish fry and seeing an old friend I haven't seen since my days in the call center.
It's been a gloriously sunny day and now the sun is about to set. I hope your day was a good one. Thanks for reading.

@just4him - Sounds like you had a busy day. I hope your car problem is minor. I know how dependent we can be on our cars.
