Some things are just funny, albeit not really humorous, per se, but funny in a different way.
Seeing some posts here just makes me wonder if some people have any mirrors in their house, and if so, do they ever really look in them?
I'm the first one to say here I am an ass, and a jerk, and not the nicest of people to run across.
But I come by those traits honestly, and am not ashamed nor embarrassed by them.
At least I don't 'pretend' or make any claim to being other than I am.
And then I see people that make all these accusations towards other users here and totally ignore that they themselves have this habit of being 'less than stellar' members of the community.
At least with me, you know if I disagree, I am not going to pull any punches.
I'm not going to send you a PM telling you to 'f*** off' and then block you.
And I am not going to make any references to civility or maturity regarding myself.
Pot, kettle, black.
I don't think any of us are chrome plated, although some will try to convince you they are...

It takes all sorts to make a site like this
Currently I'm very surprised at a supposedly intelligent member who utterly and absolutely misread what I said...didn't call me on it but blocked me
Then I looked back at all that persons discussions and realised nothing is ever their fault so now I'm not worried as they're an idiot
I say the wrong thing all the time but sometimes don't notice...if I was told instead of blocked I'd explain better

I'm also learning that much of what we see here may be a result of someone's autocorrect or a swipe texting program guessing what we want to say. It's much easier to ask what was meant than assume.

I think some people here may have a 'chip on their shoulder' that the slightest vibration of a disagreement knocks off, and then they get in a snit (have you ever been in a snit? Not much room in them)

I am certainly not chrome plated, but I don't cause any problems here. I did comment on a post just some time ago and the poster didn't like what I had to say. He complained in open comments that he didn't care what I had to say, we were talking about football or baseball. He said something like I don't look at his other posts so he didn't want to hear what I had to say. He doesn't look at my posts either, so I will just steer clear of him.

Oh, I wouldn't say they are 'bullying' me, they are just showing me what I already knew about them. Scar knows there is no problem, he's napping.

We love you for who you are or we all would block you LOL! I am more concerned about those on here who are only here to tell the rest of us how much money they have, cars, vacations, greatness...etc.

@JolietJake then goes the blocking if your comments are unacceptable to the author of the discussion. It may be either you say "I agree" or "I will block you".
That is the reason why I was blocked.

I normally, myself, don't make someone read between the lines...and I have been known to call people 'idjits' here.
But only when they are being idjits.
I think some people may take 'bullying' to mean 'I don't like being told what the rules are here'.
I am known for strongly disagreeing at times...but I don't consider that 'bullying' either, although some apparently do.
