Dammit I forgot to take my medications this morning

So I was sitting here staring at the screen trying to figure out what I was planning to do here next...and suddenly I realized I didn't take my Metformin or my Gabapentin or my Lisinopril or my Tradjenta or my 2 Glimepirides or my low and high dosage aspirins this morning.
And I really need to be taking them while I can since I don't know if I'll be getting them much longer.
Thank you Lord J Dampnut
Of course, His Trumpiness doesn't give a fart in a tornado if I am insured or not.
And if I lose my state coverage, there's no way I can buy the roughly $9,000 worth of medication I take each year.
So I need to stop forgetting to take it while I still have it.
Just saying...

I totally understand. I take a lot of medications each day as well. I am lucky to get most of them for free through my employer's health clinic. The rest I just have copays for through my insurance. Without insurance, I'd be totally screwed.

In case you don't know Metformin costs 4 bucks a month at Walmart. They once charged it to my insurance when I asked them not to. It cost 4 bucks to pay for it with or without insurance. So why on earth would I want to use a punch when it's the same price? I'll save the punch for a different, more expensive medication that pharmaceuticals have overpriced. The insurance is welcome to that one. Anyway, if you lose your insurance at least that one will be affordable.
Gabapentin never worked for me, does it do something for you? I remember my mother took it.

I'm afraid my kids are going to have the same problem if the richy riches get their way. My kids probably take about five meds each.

I dont think this one will pass, at least I hope not. I wonder if you can talk to them to see if you can get them to issue 3 months at a time, and then get a supply built up.

It is tough to think about the little guys when you are a billionaire and your family and cronies will never have to worry about being able to get their medications.

Quite soon apparently cold and flu tablets will be removed from supermarket and chemist shelves and will only be available on prescription. I think this might be to do with trying to shut down some of the meths labs that are operating. We intend to get in a stock before the new laws are activated.

There is no place for food it seems like.
But that plan has still to go through the Senate if I am right.
