I found out where Scar went when he disappeared overnight while I was in the hospital.
Seems his favorite band was in town, and he went to the show and partied with them afterwards...and didn't even get me an autograph from any of them. 
But that's okay...I found the shirt he bought and now it's mine

You need to put a GPS tracker on his collar. They sell them pretty cheap and they are rather small. That way you can always know where he is if he pulls an escape.
