Good morning. Today we will unfortunately not be going to church because Johnny is contagious. So...same things happening, just a different day.
Johnny slept much better last night since he had pain medicine. That meant the kids and I slept better as well.
He's going to get the other medicine on Monday when he gets paid.
It's a hot, sunny day here. I need to find something to do that will take my mind off everything. Not sure what that will be as of now but we will see...

@Ladyduck He can't get the prescription filled until Monday when he gets paid. We don't have $100 right now to get it. As soon as we have money he will be taking it.

It's interesting that all week long all I kept hearing from all the weather reports was that it was going to storm really bad all weekend long. So far, we haven't had a drop of rain. How could the weather forecasters be so freaking wrong? It's hot and sunny here in Gainesville too!

Can Johnny be around the kids while he is contagious?
If it's sunny, maybe take the kids out for a walk or something....

@Thislittlepennyearns Yes because they have had their vaccines, just not Josiah so he's having to stay away from him.

Happy to hear you all were able to get some rest last night. Perhaps it would do you and the kids good to go to a park or at least a nice walk. Everyone needs fresh air to clear their minds. Hope your hubby feels more comfortable as the day wears on.
I just returned from brunch with my husband. He walked with me and my friends this morning! Such fun!

To keep the kids away from Johnny, maybe you and the older kids can play a board game in another part of the house while the babies nap, just a thought that sprang into my mind.

@Leapea2417 He can go near the older kids because they had their shots. Josiah hasn't since he's too little for the varicella vaccine.
