Oh deer...look what's out there now!!!

So I was looking out the living room window to see if the groundhogs were out yet...and a deer came walking up over the crest of the hill at the end of the yard. 
Not even what I was expecting. 
So I ran to get the camera...and when I came back, a second one came walking over the hill. 
They were probably out there for 5 minutes or so before they finally walked off...Scar was even checking them out.
I wonder when the bears will show up?

@JolietJake You are right and now that you mention this, I have an outside camera to watch animals. I have to dig out that one.

@LadyDuck The south wall of the bedroom doesn't have a window, and that is where all the animals show up, I probably miss a lot of stuff

It would almost be worthwhile to invest in a couple of cameras to watch that area and see what else shows up

@JolietJake Ha ha. Actually I used to go near place which is surrounded by jungle and it is full of bears. So I just imagined that if you get few there too.

I think the only thing that might have surprised me more than seeing the deer come over the hill would have been a zebra showing up

I had seen signs before that made me think I had deer showing up here, but I had never actually seen the deer themselves...pretty cool

@JolietJake ..I love that..wish we also have something like that nearby my place but I got to saw a cute squirrels but never got the chance to take a picture of them since they run too fast

@JolietJake our place use to be like that ( less the deer) when we moved in here during the 70s, there was a Creek where we use to go down and there were all sorts of wild birds and big lizards, now it has been invaded by zombie informal settlers and everthing seems to be destroyed.

Seriously? Bears? I did not expect the Deers. You have got a good picture--the deers,scar,the grass the small wild flowers and the trees,all in one frame.

I see deer outside of town quite often, and I see them in town every few months

I'm pretty sure mine wandered into town along the railroad tracks, but I don't know how they would react if a train came through while they were down there

You need to put the camera around your neck and carry it around with you. Bears? Now that would be a good picture.

That is so nice! If they are not scared, they can be really friendly. Like eating from what you give them, or even play with your animals ! :)
