It is extremely hot today and it will be hot until Saturday evening, the thunderstorms will come on Sunday. I have been to the Mall a few hours to profit of their air conditioning today, it's something that I almost never do.

So sorry it is so hot there Marlina. I hate the heat myself. Just a bill paying day for me, but luckily it is all online. I was up way too early..stress again..I may take a nap but knowing how it goes probably not. Not sure what else I have to do today we shall see. Yesterday was a hard day again. I hope they day is kind to you friend.

It has actually been cooler here this week, highs in the low 80's with a little less humidity. Last week was in the mid to upper 90's with high humidity. Going to mow grass at 2 places today before rain moves in this evening through Saturday. Enjoy your day.

It's been really nice today here in the mountains - about 78 degrees and sunny. I was only outside for a little while though. Too many bugs.

I too had some excellent South Indian filter coffee today at a popular restaurant here. I and my sister decided to go there in the middle of the day since we had some free time. Ended up having potato stuffed masala dosas and coffee ..

Good morning to you from Canada also! We had some brief showers and storms pass thru and around us last evening. They are calling for the possibility of more today. Tomorrow the actual cool front comes thru, there will be rain then, but the weekend forecast looks lovely. Those might be the best days for gardening I think! For me, its work today and tomorrow.

I think you sent your thunderstorm all the way down here to Florida to plague us. It's hot down here too. I like rain but you can keep your thunder and lightning.

Hi Marlina! I'm new to this community. I'm from the philippines so it's the other way around. Its a rainy day today. Cool weather to just stay at home. I'm also on leave at work so its a good time to just relax at home.

I start with tea always. And yes first one is same as you. After having really heavy rain for a week, look like rain is resting here since last two days. I am glad that I am seeing SUN from last two days. We already had full season rain till today. I don't like this season.

Today I had our Bible study group 10 to 11:30 then lunch then grocery shopping. I'm praying for the Lord to help me do my monthly shopping. I hope I run into someone and give em a great big smile and bless them. The weather has been hot here too. But yesterday early evening we had a big BOOM right over our cottage the thunder clapped and down came the rain it cooled it right down. I couldn't help but think of God and how in the OT when God spoke to the Israelites that it was like thunder! We didn't even have to run our air conditioner. I love thunderstorms so does my husband. The rain on the tin roof sounds amazing.

We had some pretty bad storms coming through our area yesterday afternoon too. I'm going out for lunch today with my daughter and two grandkids but the place will have a/c so I don't mind going out.

It's been very hot in France and we booked in early to a camping site. Now it's raining gently and we're getting some thunder. Hopefully it will help cool the place down.

It is going to be another hot and humid day in LA, so staying inside to keep cool.
