So I was perusing the forum and I suddenly realized...I sure am glad I am me.
Because if I was someone else, I might be eating weird food, or following weird customs, or making weird purchases, or doing something else weird like that.
Hell, I could even end up writing weird discussions or responses or comments.
And I might be working in a weird place, and have a weird job, and get paid in a weird currency.
But thankfully, I am indeed me, and while some things I do may seem weird to you, they are perfectly normal to me.
You bunch of weirdos.

We are all weird in our own way. Raising my glass to weirdom! Keeping it weird is a good thing JJ. Keeps us a bit young. Or at least crazy enough to be interesting.

But, while I get to live here where everything is normal, I can use the internet to find weird things to try out just for fun. Mostly that involves food. I should have a camera for when I go to the grocery store in our small city and ask for things like miso paste. The staff just stand there and look at me! I would love a picture of the looks I get.
Still haven't found miso paste and the recipes that call for it are piling up.

Weird is all around this morning...I found out my Dad's S/O was married at one time to the son of my Grandfather's first wife (born after they divorced and she re-married)
