Thankful for a Hot Shower

If I have to go out to work I take a shower at night so my hair is dry by morning. I also find it cooling to shower at night in the summer.
It is cold today, I do not go to work, and I have a lot to get done at home, but I took a delightful, long, hot shower.
I appreciate being able to do that today.
Now it is time for me to get busy with a million or more projects, but I will be around until about 3:30 p.m.

I do not like to get cold when my hair is wet as my neck muscles tighten up.

I also like a hot soak with essential oils. A nice thing about a small bathroom is that it steams up quickly.

We are opposite of that. Hubby needs a shower to wake up in the morning.

If your hair is wet and over your ears it holds moisture in and you can get an infection.

Yes It is nice to shower if you have a hot and cold shower built in your house but me I just boiled some water whenever I want to bath in the evening because we don't have that at home.

My grandparents did not. We heated water to bathe there. I have had times when the water heating system did not work. Then you do what you can.

personal time is seriously necessary sometimes.
i also have hard times at work and when i came my home and have a nice shower and a coffee,i am the happiest man ever..
