It turned out very well. There were seven with me. My egg bake turned out perfect. There was one person I hadn't met before, and that was great, because it's a way to meet the women of the church.
The food brought was excellent, a fruit bowl, taco dip and chips, corned beef hash, donuts, and my egg bake.
I prepared for 16, but was not disappointed with the seven who came. My devotional was also well received and generated a lot of conversation from it. My topic was peace. How we want peace, but our peace is found in Jesus Christ.
I was beginning to wonder if anyone would come as they showed up right at 10, and had me slightly worried. So it turned out great.
L.I.F.T. stands for Ladies In Fellowship Together.

That's awesome, I'm glad it turned out well. =) Peace absolutely comes from Jesus-every day I pray to share a little bit of the peace that lives within us through the Holy Spirit.

@sugartoes No. It's a group from church set up by the pastor's wife. Several of the women in the group host the brunch every month, October to May. I signed up for December. It was a lot of fun, and the first time I ever hosted anything. I was so blessed by the women who came.

That sounds like a wonderful brunch and I usually prefer a smaller group, the conversation is more intimate and it is easier to get to know everyone.
