Under the Weather

I don't like being under anything, except the covers on my bed when it's time to sleep, so this cold I woke up with this morning, has me down but not out. Until this leaves, I won't be going to the pool. I don't want to spread this around.
I know it's because of the weather. When you have 50 one day and then it plunges to 20 the next, your body isn't ready for that kind of onslaught. At least mine wasn't. So, I'm laying low for the time being, and doing my best to get rid of this cold.
How are you all doing in this weather if you're where the temps are going crazy? I hope you are all having a good day. Thanks for reading.
My notifications are done, since I didn't go to the pool. I will be back later. Have a good day/night wherever you are.

Hope you'll be all well by Christmas. I'm going for my pr-op today to get the kidney stone removed tomorrow. Not sure what to expect, but God will be with me. Take care and stay in from the cold.

I hope you get well really soon. The weather here continues to be pretty pleasant. It creeps up a little, it creeps down a little, nothing too extreme.

I get allergies every day and just getting out when it's cold in the morning and hot in the afternoon has a way of making me get really messed up. I take allergy pills when I need to and usually end up feeling a bit off from them. I wish I could have a few days of real cold weather so the leaves would all fall off so I can start raking them into big piles.

I'm feeling terrible, also. Those fast changes in our temperatures, isn't healthy at all! Hope you are doing a lot better, as the week progresses!:)

Thank you. I have my thermals on under a wool sweater and pants and long wool socks. I'm freezing, coughing and blowing. Yes, Mother Nature was definitely not nice to us. I prefer a gradual decrease in temps so we have time to get used to it. Though in the long run, this will be beneficial to everyone as a whole. This cold weather actually kills bacteria and makes people healthy. I just need to get used to these cold temperatures and that's not easy.

@kobesbuddy I took a shower about an hour ago, and am now down to just one layer, though I'm still coughing a lot and blowing.

@just4him I was cold this morning, got in a hot shower, dried off, then quickly put warm clothes on. This works for me, when my body temperature is too low. Right now, I feel very comfortable!:)
