Sometimes, you get something that comes out so much better than what you planned.
I was taking this shot because one of the goldfinches was still showing its summer plumage pretty much...normally they get pretty dull during the winter like most of them showing here.
But something cooperated and made it a much better photo than I anticipated.
Maybe it's the light.
Maybe it's the out-of-focus background that really sets the picture off.
But I was really happy with this shot.
