For the record, I have no one here blocked at all.
I gave up my block-headed ways several weeks ago, and had all 'blocks' that I had imposed against anyone removed.
But lately, I am seeing that I am blocked by many users that I don't recall having ever interacted with.
Of course, I know I am blocked by several users for reasons they think are 'block-worthy', and oh well. 
But I've bumped into a half-dozen in the past week that I go to their discussions and nope...ain't happening. 
Which is no great loss...if they don't want my gentle words of wisdom, so be it.
Maybe I need to start an 'I Hate JJ' fan club.

I believe that many blocks are made by accident.I had two done like this last year by friends, removed when I asked to a common friend to send a PM, and I have a doubt actually about a recent one (or that I noticed recently when this member responded to one of my discussions... but I cannot comment back because of a block). The block button definitely lacks a confirmation, it is very easy to block somebody without wanting it on a phone when checking the profile. It might be the explanation for blocks coming from members having not interacted with you.

I see right after this someone posted a discussion about blocking as well, stating they don't like the way some people 'act'...but I'm not acting, this is really me.

I'm sure a few are simply mistakes, but I've just started letting it go instead of trying to find a mutual friend to PM them and ask

I don't understand why anyone would want to block you but everyone has freedom of block. I will not be joining that club.

@topffer is right, many block are made by accident and with people using their phones more and more we will see more accidental blocks in the future. We all agree The block button definitely lacks a confirmation! Is there a project to add a warning for the future @GoAskAlice and @myLotBugs?

Someone blocked me and I do not know why, and I dont care, but I seen that there name came up in my notifications. Are blocked people allowed to comment on my comments if they have me blocked? I think I should not be able to see them at all if I am blocked or vice versa.

People that have blocked you can still respond to your discussions and some comments you make to responses of other people, although they should not.

@JolietJake I never blocked anyone in five months. The other day, I blocked three in one day! I was just being arrogant and everything became a problem

I wonder why people are blocked on this site? This is a nice place to make kind comments while getting to know other people from all over the world.Making some money is a good idea here . But I like to learn new things and to share experience with others while supporting others in their hard time.

I’ve never blocked anyone on here. I just ignore them but ive been blocked, I don’t remember by the members but all well!

Is there any quick way to search for anyone you might have blocked accidentally? Like a category "People you have blocked" on the profile dropdown? It seems many are blocked accidentally and the one who blocked them is unaware they did. I've not knowingly blocked anyone here, but if I've done so accidentally, I'd sure like to know so that I can fix it.
